This Quality Policy Statement outlines GreenTec Laboratories commitment to maintaining high quality standards in all of its activities, with the ultimate goal of meeting customer requirements and regulatory requirements. The company has established a quality management system that complies with BS EN ISO 9001:2015, with the Quality Control Manager responsible for setting measurable objectives for customer satisfaction and the company’s aspirations.

GreenTec Laboratories aims to ensure that its personnel are trained and competent, with a focus on meeting customer needs and providing high-quality service that is commensurate with cost. The company also places importance on public and customer safety, compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, and performing processes in a cost-effective manner.

Our Policy Manual,  and other relevant documents describe the company’s processes and practices, and all employees are required to adhere to them. The system operates from the receipt of an order to the delivery of a quality-checked product, with indicators of process performance used to identify potential improvements.

GreenTec Laboratories continually seeks to improve the effectiveness of its quality management system, with regular management reviews that include an examination of this policy for continued suitability.
